Unfortunately, when I went to the counter at Breeze Airways, the Supervisor told me he had to do the same thing text or email them and await a response. He did give me my boarding passes for my flight that was in a few days.

The supervisor apologize profusely.

I have taken my flight and really enjoyed the flight but still no update on my Email. This is unfortunate that there is no communication other than text or email.

I would leave them zero stars if I could. Don't buy the travel insurance either; complete scam!

And then you can't speak with a real person. Their AI texts are awful.

I literally can't speak with anyone, no customer service, and if you leave a message, they will email you back in a few days. It's insanity that they run an airline like this.

I was told to use their website. I canceled my flight and now waiting for a refund or credit.

Have no clue what I will be receiving. I like talking to a live person and getting my questions answered by a person verses chatting with a bot.

So going forward, I am not sure I will do this again. They will need to convince me that this airline is worth it.

I needed to cancel our flight due to family emergencies and I had to call and I did receive help for a refund but it cost $175 per person which I was not happy about having to pay that to get my refund if theres a family emergency, you should get 100% of your money back or at least the full refund in an account for you to use with breeze in the future

I had a simple question for cusotmer service to answer. They did not. I understand the economic advantages to not having humans to talk to. But if the live chat agents can’t answer a simple question within one hour, it’s a waste of time and resources.

Issue was resolved. But, I had the same issue on April 4th and it was resolved faster than the issue on April 18. Ultimately it was my typo that caused the issue but it seems like the support person from April 4th could have fixed it for my April 19th flight. Or, the support folks on April 18 could have looked back to April 4th to see how resolved. I did tell them I had the same problem on April 4th. I am just glad it was resolved and appreciate that it was fixed in time for my flight.
