Need car seats for my car rental your customer support told me to call budget. Budget car rental l said to call Breeze and get a confirmation number for them so they can access and make request on the reservation.

I rented a car through the airline Breeze, but never received the rental and never got my money back. This was back in July. I filed a dispute with my bank and nothing happened.

Needed to change our return flight from Ft Myers to Sarasota and the day change from Sunday to Saturday to get the passenger home. Breeze does not have any contact number to call reservations.
Everything is on line. However, to change your flight in line it will only allow you to change the date not the return departure city. To make it happen you have to cancel your return flight all together. This is somewhat frustrating since We had a medical issue in our group and the last thing I wanted to do is cancel all of our tickets(4 all together).
The issue was serious enough I took the chance and cancelled the return flight for all and had to start the rebooking process all over as a one way ticket.
You also need everyones information to enter such as birthdates and travel numbers.
To me it would have been much less stressful if there was at least a contact number to speak to a real person. I know the people I was traveling with would not have been able to do this on their own.
We had good flights, on time etc but the reservation process and changes need improvement

On yr debut flight back to RSW from mht

Then 915 then 1015 then u finally put us on plane at 1115( even though you knew we weren't going anywhere) drove us on the plane all over the airport only plane out there then re parked the plane told us to get off made us leave the gate locked us out and then said plane would take off next day at noon midnight no hotels no where to go 50 degrees in airport no way I was waiting or thinking plane would be even taking off the next day 12 hrs latr are u kidding me old people Young people just left us so i booked another flight at 555 am with American thank god cause u suck cost me 232 $ from mht to dca dca to ft Meyers not in my whole life have I ever been mistreated and lied to in my life u were never going to take off that night u should have given people notice especially when u started sending delay messages at noon of that day i want my $ back betr Business bureau sounds good attorney general ect u were warned i will go a different route and wont rest till u do something to compensate me for the absolute worst treatment ever cant wait to blab
Reimbursement form for hotel stay
Breeze cancelled my return flight from Ft. Meyers Airport home to Long Island Islip McArthur Airport on Monday October 7th due to mechanical difficulty.
Instead Breeze provided an alternative flight MX8238 | MX8093 to Charleston International Airport at 11:30 pm that same evening to return on Tuesday, October 8th at 10: am, flight MX8238 | MX9093 from Charleston Airport direct to Long Island Islip McArthur Airport. As a result of this change, I had to stay at the "Residence Inn By Marriott" on Monday evening October 7th. The Breeze Attendant at Ft. Meyers stated that the cost of the hotel stay would be refunded to me as well as all travels on the cancelled flight.
I was informed that I would receive an e-mail message with instructions on how to apply for the hotel refund. I have not yet received this e-mail. Please forward it to me as I believe I have a limited time-frame to request this $278.16 Hotel stay refund.

I couldn't get a simple question about pricing related to taking skis on a flight. I tried texting with no luck.
Calling just sent me back to texting. That didn't work again.
Preferred solution: An answer to my question about the baggage fee for skiis
Resolved: Notification received for flight delayed, after receiving flight time change. I will never fly with them ever.
Tried to speak with a live person, only to be sent to there messenger service. Navigating through the computer messenger service was difficult to the Point of frustration and confusion.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
Plane was switched to a smaller plane. My wife and I paid for the larger seats.
The smaller plane did not have the larger seats.
This was flight 741 into RSW yesterday. I would like a refund!!

My Trip booking confusion
We made a Mytrip booking for a round trip Sarasota to Raleigh, on Breeze outbound and Frontier for the return. We received a Mytrip confirmation for the Breeze leg and then then received (1) an email from Mytrip saying "we could not confirm your booking request" and (2) a separate email from Frontier that its booking was cancelled.
That Mytrip could not confirm email from did not indicate what it could not confirm, so we do not know if we have flights with you from Sarasota to Raleigh, confirmation UYUJ9N AND QCSZPX. Please let me know if we have this flight with you on February 21.

I've had to cancel my trip one time because our parents got so sick and we can no longer go anywhere. There were a couple times I was able to leave home and get a quick break so I booked a trip to Florida and then there was a hurricane.
I've tried to use my points with Breeze but they just literally wiped away my 42,000 points. They said they have a 24 month policy. The thing is I have tried many times to take a trip and due to weather I've had to cancel it. They said sorry.
Hope we can help you in the future. That's all they respond with.
If I knew the system, I would've booked trips and kept canceling them just so I could keep my points, but I never heard of a place that would take away your points that soon

What correspondence have you had with the offending vendor ? When did you serve your demand via Certified Mail Return Receipt Requested ?
That will give you the exact date and time they received your complaint and who signed for it.
Was it kept to one side of the paper and stuck to the facts ? You didn't tell us how your problem happened ; what are we supposed to do ?
