They do not have an actual phone number for customer service. The only options to deal with the company directly is by email or text only - there is no possible way to speak to a human - and the only responses you'll receive are chatbot or rubber-stamped scripts. Very disappointing, and all I was trying to do was reschedule a flight cancelled by Breeze or seek a cash/credit refund, and none of the robots responding to my requests seemed to care.
We are arriving at the airport that morning at 9:00 a.m. from the cruiseport. We booked their 11:07 a.m. - 1:41 p.m.
flight, which worked perfectly into our plans. In fact, I hadn't even began planning his party until after I booked the flight to know that we had plenty of time that day. Breeze notifies me via email that they changed our flight to one that departs over six hours later, and zero other alternatives. Or we could take a flight three days later, which is their next available flight.
They do not have an actual person to talk to. ALL of their customer service agents are only available via text, using chatbots. They don't care about anything but profit!! Like an idiot, I booked with my Breeze Rewards, so that's all they are offering for the inconvenience.
At least I purchased our Nicest Bundles via card, so we'll be getting $227 back.
We are looking at flights on other airlines now, and of course, with very little time left, we may be able to find another flight within the time frame booked through Breeze, but of course, we're gonna pay - $820 one way from New Orleans to Jacksonville. It's obvious why the entire company hides behind text messages.

I would leave them zero stars if I could. Don't buy the travel insurance either; complete scam!
And then you can't speak with a real person. Their AI texts are awful.
I literally can't speak with anyone, no customer service, and if you leave a message, they will email you back in a few days. It's insanity that they run an airline like this.

I was told to use their website. I canceled my flight and now waiting for a refund or credit.
Have no clue what I will be receiving. I like talking to a live person and getting my questions answered by a person verses chatting with a bot.
So going forward, I am not sure I will do this again. They will need to convince me that this airline is worth it.

Trying to book a flight but the y want to over charge services. I called customer service and got nothing but a recording that had absolutely nothing to do with my problem.
Spoke to nobody at all. I need answers NOW NOT 4 days later in the middle of my busy work day.

I needed to cancel our flight due to family emergencies and I had to call and I did receive help for a refund but it cost $175 per person which I was not happy about having to pay that to get my refund if theres a family emergency, you should get 100% of your money back or at least the full refund in an account for you to use with breeze in the future

Poor customer service. I tried to contact by phone.
No success. My wife's precheck number didn't show up on the boarding pass.
The ticket agent said to call Breeze. There was just vague confusion when doing the chat with a robot.

Purchased via Expedia, their confirmation stated Breeze only would allow seat selection, baggage payment, check-in: they supplied their trip number and Breeze confirmation number. I had flown before, so I had a frequent flyer number and account.
When I tried to select a seat, the site stated it couldn't find the confirmation number. Seven texts and emails later, after they verified I had the correct number, I was never able to access the reservation.
Talking to a human is not possible. Expedia said it was impossible for them to assist 'as per Breeze.' The first trip was no problem; it took eight contacts to get a flight credit.

I had a simple question for cusotmer service to answer. They did not.
I understand the economic advantages to not having humans to talk to. But if the live chat agents can’t answer a simple question within one hour, it’s a waste of time and resources.

I received a message saying my ticket is canceled. So I want to confirm because I just booked another one so I need money back from the first one.
