I rented a car through the airline Breeze, but never received the rental and never got my money back. This was back in July. I filed a dispute with my bank and nothing happened.
Preferred solution: A refund for not purchasing the rental car threw Breeze airline that I didn't rent
Reimbursement form for hotel stay
Breeze cancelled my return flight from Ft. Meyers Airport home to Long Island Islip McArthur Airport on Monday October 7th due to mechanical difficulty.
Instead Breeze provided an alternative flight MX8238 | MX8093 to Charleston International Airport at 11:30 pm that same evening to return on Tuesday, October 8th at 10: am, flight MX8238 | MX9093 from Charleston Airport direct to Long Island Islip McArthur Airport. As a result of this change, I had to stay at the "Residence Inn By Marriott" on Monday evening October 7th. The Breeze Attendant at Ft. Meyers stated that the cost of the hotel stay would be refunded to me as well as all travels on the cancelled flight.
I was informed that I would receive an e-mail message with instructions on how to apply for the hotel refund. I have not yet received this e-mail. Please forward it to me as I believe I have a limited time-frame to request this $278.16 Hotel stay refund.

There is no human to answer; it directs you to send a text or email to their customer support, which is no help at all. It's the middle of Hurricane Milton; we are evacuating, need to cancel our non-refundable flight, but the app keeps saying the flight cannot be found.
However, Breeze is saying it's still on. And no one can answer the damn phone to help you!

Breeze Airlines, I was flying in an incredibly dangerous manner. I paid for a seat, and I have a video of the broken seat I'm sitting in.

A gentleman asked one of the stewardesses if he could move to another seat and she obliged. I spotted a seat a few rows back after boarding was complete. I went to sit in the seat, and almost immediately, one of the crew members spoke to me very belligerently. I explained to her that the seat I'm sitting in is broken, but she still responded aggressively. She ordered me to return to my seat in a tone as if I were her child, a criminal, or just a man to belittle, rather than using a gentler tone. She was keen to tell me that she could leave me in Las Vegas if I didn't comply.
I asked if I could move seats once we take off. She responded harshly with, 'No, you can't.' I didn't feel safe flying almost five hours in a broken seat which I paid for. I am now stressed and concerned. If this plane has an accident, I would be thrown from the frame because of the zip ties, evidence of which I have in video form.
Even more disturbingly, the crew member showed no concern for my safety, and I didn't trust her to have anyone's interest at heart. It felt like an act of prejudice, or simply a crew member with a bad attitude who lacks public relations skills. When I rested my arm on the armrest, it moved the back of the chair forward. About an hour into the flight, one of the stewardesses approached me at the front of the plane. After our discussion, she moved me to the seat I had initially tried to move to.
This experience was extremely embarrassing and stressful. I want to know if your employees can get away with their actions just because they can. I don't think I can fly with Breeze again. I am considering a lawsuit, but most definitely want an apology.
Preferred solution: An apology and to know that this employee learn how to speak to the public in a way to represent your company in a positive way..

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my frustration regarding an issue I encountered during my recent travel experience with Breeze Airways.
I had called your customer service prior to my trip and was informed that I could add my pet on arrival.
However, upon arrival, I was informed that additional paperwork was required, which I had not been made aware of.
Despite arriving two hours early, I was unable to resolve this issue and was not allowed to board with my pet.
Additionally, I was told that I would not be refunded for my ticket or offered any accommodations regarding this matter.
I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue, as it has caused significant inconvenience. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Cancelled flight, then put us on a flight for it to get delayed an hour and a half behind. Then, 30 mins before that time, it got delayed again for another 2 hours, then AGAIN until 3:30 AM when it was supposed to be at 9 PM.
Now they can't find a pilot to fly the plane, and I have 3 young kids with me. This is so unacceptable.

The disappointment is that there is no telephone number for customer support, and other communication options didn't work either. They said there is a charge for carry-on, but finding out what that cost was difficult!

They closed the doors within seconds of departure. It was close to the departure time.
I have had a horrible experience with this service so bear with me.
Its sad I have to make a complaint about things like this. But it kills me that my flight was right there before they closed the doors on my mother and I.
No refund on cancelled flight
Due to a medical emergency flight had to be cancelled on June 22. Flight was scheduled for July 10.
Was told I would receive a full refund in 7-10 days. Over 30 days later have received no refund.
Will NEVER use this airline again. Absolutely the WORST customer service!!

They delayed my flight from RSW to CHS for maintenance issues but never provided updated departure or arrival time. Nor did they ever advise what maintenance issue was.
Their lack of customer service via phone is ridiculous and their text option sucks as does their app and website.
When you click flight status at either place it literally does NOTHING. SUPPOSED guest service team via text responsed with a generic message and rhenb20 minutes later asked for confirmation number and then - wait for it - NOTHING!
Preferred solution: I’d simply like an apology for their website and app both sucking. I’d also like them to fix them. They are worthless!

I had about 16,000 reward points credited to my account. I had a lot of trouble trying to sign in on the Breeze app yesterday to book a flight for my wife, Linda George Suggs.
I never got into the app; I'ts still in a loop today. I signed in on my Safari browser and changed names to book her flight. Then when I proceeded to change everything back to book a reservation for myself, the rewards points had vanished.
Please restore my points and confirm your handling. Leo H Suggs.

I was extremely happy with the airline. Extremely. Until I saw a luggage handler on the plane, walking with my open luggage, looking for the owner. Then, I was told that they had received my luggage in a broken condition. Very insulting. Then, Stacy and two others on MX 148, I think it was, advised me to email the company regarding my issue.
I followed their instructions, but the email didn't work.
I tried to reach someone via Google search and received a text stating, 'You did not come to Breeze within an hour of your flight, no compensation will be given.'
I followed instructions from Breeze employees and was suddenly dismissed.
I texted the same number and said that their response was unacceptable and that I had posted my issue on Instagram.
They told me to wait and they would investigate the issue further. Still pending.

Preferred solution: Compensation for damaged luggage, cost of checked luggage fee (it never made it under the plane) and compensation for the embarrassment caused on my flight. My items were visible to all on board and below place

What correspondence have you had with the offending vendor ? When did you serve your demand via Certified Mail Return Receipt Requested ?
That will give you the exact date and time they received your complaint and who signed for it.
Was it kept to one side of the paper and stuck to the facts ? You didn't tell us how your problem happened ; what are we supposed to do ?
