My wife and I paid for the large seats. Was told that included WIFI'.
My wife and I are in our seventies and handicapped. We could hook up to the WIFI. Two very nice flight attendants tried two different times to get us on the wifi. Neither were able.
They apologized and told us to contract customer service. We both had planned to work on our computers.
Customer service had texted us that the wifi was complementary and that was it. They gave us both 1000 points each.
I think we deserve move than that.
Otherwise the flight was great and the attendants courteous and helpful.

My wheel was broken off and now cant wheel it anymore. My suitcase was perfectly new when i boarded.
Theirs no number to talk to anyone to resolve my problem. Very annoying that theirs noway to contact them.

I am 86 trying to book a flight. I think I have managed to do that, but the times listed are military, have no idea what it is.

In florida, we had a hurricane, which caused us to cancel our flight from tampa fl to charleston SC. We were told we can only have a credit, not a refund.
Our problem now is I need to seperate the two people's credits as we will not be flying anywhere together? Confirmation number is M4938C Janie Darlene Hampton and guest #2 is Audrey Withrow. total was 635.98 after all fees applied , round trip . Please advise so we each can receive individual amounts for future flights.

I had to cancel my flight because my brother had a heart attack, so we cannot fly. I have been trying to get a refund due to the severity of his condition.
I have gotten the run-around.
I was only able to cancel my part of the flight; I am unable to get back into the flight reservation to cancel my brother's flight, and it has been a nightmare trying to get this done. This is poor customer service.

Communication from Breeze emailed to customer saying I have to cancel my ticket to rebook. There is no human on a phone to help with rebooking.
User's recommendation: Be prepared there is no human to speak with about your tickets.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I cancelled my reservations. Breeze gave me a full refund to be used for any future travel with them.
Nice to fly but difficult to communicate with when a need arises to rebook to another time, day and/or destination.You pay for what you get, no human interaction.

I've tried changing my return trip to Hartford, CT to Monday, 2/24, leaving Jacksonville at 12:01 to Hartford, arriving at 2:29. On the app, it doesn't seem to be able to change the destination, only the day and time. Please advise.
