Can not check in.

Need car seats for my car rental your customer support told me to call budget. Budget car rental l said to call Breeze and get a confirmation number for them so they can access and make request on the reservation.

There very RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!
I received an email stating that there were changes to my flights, one going to PVD and the other one returning back home from Jet Blue to MCO. I called Breezeway to find out about the changes.
Different customer service representatives hung up the phone seven times when I called in. I was asked how much I paid for the flight. When I mentioned the price, all the representatives I called hung up the phone on me - very rude and very unprofessional! The price is $157.00 for the flight I booked with Breezeway.
I want my refund back and trip cancelled immediately! Very poor service!

Im still waiting in PVD for flight 732 PVD to MCO. Im seating in the restaurant from to the gate and CEO Ricardo Garcia ask me how many drink and take .
Im explain to him is not the perfect question because him can ask me in different way.. Him said is my way to ask you and I can denied you boarding . Im ask him way you ask me and him said because him saw me in the restaurant for long time . Im ask him again whit him can ask in different way and him said and the boss and you nothing can do, whit you ask anymore question you denied boarding .
I have my receipt for everything and drink and eat . But is not reason him approach to me in that way front passenger .
This person is super arrogant, not use the protocol And disrespectful. Im fill him disrespectful my human being in front another passenger .

I booked two first-class seats for myself, my wife, and our one-year-old's first flight. Despite this, one of us was forced to move and they refused to provide any reason.
Eventually, we had to request to be moved to standard seating just so we could all sit together. However, they still overcharged us by $140 per ticket.
Their customer service is only available via text, and they refuse to either call you or allow you to call in. This is utterly ridiculous.

I've booked a flight with Breeze airways and cancelled the same flight in 5 hours. I didn't get my money back, all the info about the booking a cancellation has dissatisfied from the Breeze app.
I'm unable to get a hold of customer service and now I'm disputing this transaction via my bank. I don't recommend using the Breeze airways

Verified Reviewer |Problem with their app and then a complete lack of concern and shifting of blame to me
I tried to get a bag online before flying up to Norfolk from Tampa, and their app took my numbers and said something like nicely done and then gave me my boarding passes. When I got to the airport, their person said that I had not reserved a bag and it would now be $75.
I explained to the attendant, and she said if I had reserved online, it wouldn't be so expensive. I reiterated that I had done it online. Bottom line is we talked a little bit and she suggested twice that I should go online to reserve a bag prior to coming to the airport which I absolutely did their website. I put my credit card numbers in.
Anyway, she said it was going to be $75 and I had to go ahead and pay it. I tried to resolve online. It was an insulting and frustrating process with no resolution. They talked down to me as if I didn't know what I was doing.
The fact is, the app led me to believe the bag was reserved and no one wanted to listen to my problem after that. They just kept shifting the blame to me.

Needed to change our return flight from Ft Myers to Sarasota and the day change from Sunday to Saturday to get the passenger home. Breeze does not have any contact number to call reservations.
Everything is on line. However, to change your flight in line it will only allow you to change the date not the return departure city. To make it happen you have to cancel your return flight all together. This is somewhat frustrating since We had a medical issue in our group and the last thing I wanted to do is cancel all of our tickets(4 all together).
The issue was serious enough I took the chance and cancelled the return flight for all and had to start the rebooking process all over as a one way ticket.
You also need everyones information to enter such as birthdates and travel numbers.
To me it would have been much less stressful if there was at least a contact number to speak to a real person. I know the people I was traveling with would not have been able to do this on their own.
We had good flights, on time etc but the reservation process and changes need improvement

The site froze while I was purchasing a ticket, and I was told via email from Breeze that I would be getting a refund in 7-10 days. I have not received it yet, only the seat purchase refund. When is my refund coming?

Flight delayed 715
Then 915 then 1015 then u finally put us on plane at 1115( even though you knew we weren't going anywhere) drove us on the plane all over the airport only plane out there then re parked the plane told us to get off made us leave the gate locked us out and then said plane would take off next day at noon midnight no hotels no where to go 50 degrees in airport no way I was waiting or thinking plane would be even taking off the next day 12 hrs latr are u kidding me old people Young people just left us so i booked another flight at 555 am with American thank god cause u suck cost me 232 $ from mht to dca dca to ft Meyers not in my whole life have I ever been mistreated and lied to in my life u were never going to take off that night u should have given people notice especially when u started sending delay messages at noon of that day i want my $ back betr Business bureau sounds good attorney general ect u were warned i will go a different route and wont rest till u do something to compensate me for the absolute worst treatment ever cant wait to blab
