I have 2 passengers on 1 reservation but need to cancel only 1 passenger.
Have a human answer calls. Flight wrongfully was canceled with AI not understanding situation. Nice Mess!!

- - Expedia purchase; Breeze limits seat, baggage, and check-in.
- - Could not access reservation; confirmation number not found despite texts and emails.
Purchased via Expedia, their confirmation stated Breeze only would allow seat selection, baggage payment, check-in: they supplied their trip number and Breeze confirmation number. I had flown before, so I had a frequent flyer number and account.
When I tried to select a seat, the site stated it couldn't find the confirmation number. Seven texts and emails later, after they verified I had the correct number, I was never able to access the reservation.
Talking to a human is not possible. Expedia said it was impossible for them to assist 'as per Breeze.' The first trip was no problem; it took eight contacts to get a flight credit.

Misunderstanding
I have a flight booked for3/28. My credit card shows payment for bags($35 x 2) and seats $44. The ticket summary doesnt show these items as paid.

I had a simple question for cusotmer service to answer. They did not.
I understand the economic advantages to not having humans to talk to. But if the live chat agents can’t answer a simple question within one hour, it’s a waste of time and resources.
Nobody answered my call
I simply want to know how to link up my breeze Visa card to my breeze account.
Duplicate wrong Ticket
I received a message saying my ticket is canceled. So I want to confirm because I just booked another one so I need money back from the first one.
And confirm that my second buy is ok because my flight is tomorrow and I dont want any mess. Below the email from the FIRST flight.

I was supposed to fly to other state for the company Christmas party.
Delta airlines on which i was to fly in canceled the flight and I scraped my whole trip. Back home I was supposed to fly on Breeze airways. I notified them same moment I heard about Delta flight cancelation, but was offered 25% credit on my next flight with the Airline.

Service possible customers or breeze might go out of business. Customers want service. The two go together.

Purchased tickets through expedia (the price there was steep) and then have to pay an additional $38 dollars a seat to actually get a seat. The pre-checkin process is astonishingly horrible. Impossible to talk to a real person...never again, this soured me so much that between the gestapo-esque behavior of TSA, the disincentives evidently now built into air travel, and the inordinate complexity of the process -- I NEVER WANT TO FLY again.
