Ive tried everything even canceled.
I want to book my flight but breeze isnt as breezy as advertised.

The people at the airport that work for breeze was very kind. Its nice to have a company thats seems to care

I'm going to give a gift card to someone. So, I wanted to buy Breeze Airlines gift card.
Preferred solution: I’m simply looking to speak to customer Service ! I am not pissed off, I am not upset. I’m simply trying to buy a gift card! Why is it so difficult to get an answer?
Cancel flight plans have change
Plans change and need to adjust dates. Dont have access to computers and skills are not up to par with computer technology.

For people who dont have the ability to communicate with on line service you should have real people on phones helping them

Disputes
I made a mistake in ordering 3 plane tickets to get my children home. I realized on the way to the airport that I got the wrong day.
Within a few hours of purchasing the wrong tickets, they were on the plane. I immediately went home to cancel the wrongly reserved tickets. I was given the run around. They said I needed to call my credit card and stop the transaction.
So I did that. Then after the cc co. Disputed the transaction they charged me back. Then I called again to settle the issue an explain the problem they said I was *** out of luck at the total cost of $700.
+ for a simple mistake. This company and many others are crooks and should be shot!

I needed a nonstop flight for my daughter and an infant. I called right away to cancel but no luck. So I had to buy another one that worked for us.
Change a canceled flight
My son and grandson tried to surprise Me by flying to Florida for my birthday. But do to Hurricane Milton they can not fly in on 10/10.
They want to fly in on 10/17 but no my son is being told he will have to pay almost $200 to change the flight. No other airlines are charging for their flights to be changed
I booked a flight. I had to change it and did. Then things beyond our control caused me to try and change, the system did not allow it. No phone number to talk to anyone so I drove to the airport.
The system said I had to cancel and re-book. I did but then it would not give me credit for 24 hours.
So I drove to the airport . No one at the counter but someone was in the office. He came out and told me that they do not work for Breeze but are contracted out. They also said they did not have a number they could call and that he could not sell me a ticket.
They can only sell tickets on Tuesdays from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.! I booked the flight for tomorrow and could only use $100 of my Breeze points.
Horrible customer service. I would give you a 0 star review, if I could.

To get answers on no staff member was at the airport to assist with getting the passengers on board the plane
